A return to form

Hey all! Back after a LONG long time. I managed to get 5lbs from my target weight of 165, but the stress of finals and end of the semester made me eat like a beast and put on 10lbs, getting me back to 180 =( Im looking to get back on the grind, and wanted some more support and friends on here!

I also wanted to know about people's diet tips and gym routines. Of course im looking to lose weight but getting in shape is more important (who doesnt want nice arms and abs!) I have until the end of August before school starts again and I need to be looking good, so any tips and tricks would be great. Thanks guys!
