I'm curious to see what time most people stop eating after? I try not to eat past 7pm.

Right before I go to bed.

Not not really, but I eat when I'm hungry. Sometimes I don't go to bed until 12 or 1 am so it's not uncommon for me to eat at 10 or 11. As long as I eat right and get the food I need to feel well I don't think it matters if it's before bed or not. Just my opinion.

I eat dinner at 6-8 and hope not to eat beyond that.

5 PM, bed by 10. Not because I am afraid of eating later. I just don't get hungry. Lots of protein cured my late night snacking.

200 calories or so within 30 minutes of going to bed. It just works for me.

Me, too. Maybe a half hour or hour before bed. I hate trying to go to bed hungry. I make sure I leave enough calories for it.

I try not to eat after dinner which is usually around 6-7pm. Sometimes I will crave something sweet and if I do I try to eat something really small. But I like to fill up at dinner. I just like that feeling of eating something abundant and will save more calories for the end of my day. After all that I don't really want to eat anything else usually. It's working for me so far.
