Right now I'm taking these daily. I started the Probiotic this week due to the fact I can't stand yogurt.

Kirkland Signature - Daily Multi Vitamins & Minerals
Nature Made - Vitamin C - (500mg)
Nature's Bounty - Lactobacillus Acidophilus-Probiotic

I was just wondering if I should be taking anything else that can help by body out losing weight and staying in good health? I started doing heavy cardio 2 Hours for 5 days a week & starting to do some basic strength training Dumbbells + Kettleball next week. Any help would be wonderful.

Its really a matter of preference, and what you feel may help you the most.

Multi-vitamin is always a great place to start. Look at the back of your multivitamin and see how much of the daily percentage of Vitamin C is in it, if its over about 150%, unless you have a medical necessity, the Vitamin C supplement is probably overkill.

There's been a lot of research that proves health benefits from omega-3,6, and 9 fatty acids. i take cod liver oil which has omega-3's, but there are much better options available.

Only other thing would be at your next physical to have full bloodwork done and make sure you don't have any significant deficiencies or excesses.

Just had my yearly visit with my doctor this week and we discussed supplements. I take Caltrate (calcium), vitamin C, Centrum Silver, potassium and fish oil. She said I had all bases covered.

Take a closer look at Vitamin D and Fish Oil.
