I just recently started tracking my food intake and exercise. I'm new to this site and am just now starting to read some forum topics. I'm mainly using this site to help keep me on track and hold myself accountable for working out. For people who have added friends on here...how does that work? If I add people does that mean they have access to my food/exercise logs? Can they see weight loss/gain info? Kind of confused on how that works. I'm loving this site so far, I just have to learn everything it has to offer :)
