It's So Hard :(

I keep falling off the wagon but I need so desperately to lose this weight for my health...I need 120 pounds but it just seems so hard!!!

    Every day gets easier, especially when you start seeing results and non-scale victories, stick to it

    & don't think 120, break it into little goals.

    It is, but you keep trying. Never give up. Even after the days you fall off. Try again the next day. I've tried many times and it never worked before, but this time it's different for me. Maybe this time will be the time for you!

    It is hard, but you are not alone, please understand that many of us are in the same boat as you. I used to get discouraged thinking that I was the only one that couldn't do it. Now I don't get down on myself, even if I have a bad day (and there are many) I know that just being aware of that is a step in the right direction. Do not deprive yourself, if you are like me, it will only make you go extremely overboard when you break. Everyone has their vice - for some it is carbs, for others it is proteins (fatty), or alcohol, and yet for others it is chocolate (like me). Find ways to allow your cravings, but limit them. Maybe you can make yourself exercise for whatever "cheats" you eat. Hang in there!
