Ok, so I love how fast it is to enter foods into my diary however I find it hard to keep up with myfitnesspal because of it's database. I tend to go back to fatsecret because the data there is pretty accurate but then I come back here because fatsecret is slower. I rarely if ever have to change the nutrition info for foods @ fatsecret. Can't I have the best of both worlds?

For example, I looked up shop rite french fries straight cut and calories show 110 when my bag at home says 120. I'm a little annoyed by this. The last thing I want to do is double check data for every food other people have entered. Is there a way that I can enter my own foods without it saying to me there is a duplicate out there? I prefer to use my foods that I enter and know are correct than to have to double check all the time.

How do you guys manage? Is there any tip or trick I'm overlooking? Am I missing something?
