Lost 50 pounds but seem to lost my motivation and drive.

I did so good in the beginning and dropped 50 pounds and got into about the best shape of my life. But I guess I have hit a plateau and now seem to have lost my motivation and drive. I still need to lose 25-50 pounds to get close to a healthy BMI. Are there any secrets to bust through that plateau? I really want to get my motivation back. I haven't fully reverted back to my old unhealthy ways. I have been stuck in this rut for over a month.
