Halfway to my goal, need support for the next half!

Hello there. I'm an American who moved to the UK last year in January. At the beginning of this year, as part of a New Year's Resolution, I've been a lot more health conscious, eating calorie controlled meals and exercising 5-6 days a week. Because of it I've gone from a size 20 (220 pounds) to a size 14 (183 pounds). My goal is to be a size 10 (about 140 pounds).

I'd love to be added as a friend, by anyone on either side of the pond, or those who have similar goals, or just anyone who'd like an extra friend for motivation and support!

    I am in a similar place. I have already lost 80 pounds, but still have 30 pounds to go to reach my goal. I find mixing up my work-outs and trying new things is a great way to keep motivated. I am constanly looking for tips or tricks from other people. Good luck to you.
