I need help with late night munchies

Hi!
I stay up until 3 or 4 am every night. I pop a 100 calorie bag of popcorn to munch on while watching tv. It is filling, fiber and a lot of small pieces. Pace yourself so that it will last. Hope thus help! Don't forget to drink alot of water..... Lorrie0 -
I tried water it help a lot. Maybe I was dehydrated. Popcorn sounds good. Thanks everyone.0
