So yesterday AM I decided to go for a run - did my warm up and ran unexpectedly for over a mile! It didn't take very long - walked/jogged about a mile then went at it! Everytime I wanted to stop, gave myself a goal then kept going! Before I knew it, I was home! I was at a comfortable pace and I wore old old old 500+ mile shoes and a shoe size too small so it made it THAT much better! I also broke into the 150's as well! I decided to weigh myself in the early afternoon just to see - after the scale not moving for weeks, it was nice to see something familiar! I haven't been in the 150's for 9 mos, but thru out those mos, I can say that there were days, weeks even that I didn't think I'd ever see 150's again. It's been a long, hard, arduous year for myself and family - physically, mentally, emotionally, financially and health wise, it's been more than a $#!t year. Glad to have made my main goals, in the same day no less. <3:love:

Thanks so much! I honestly didn't think I would attain the running goal not for another week or so and the scale goal is a (month) long awaited! I'm so excited to be moving onward and forward! <3
