Hey I was just wondering if is possible to lose 40+ pounds in two months. I am 5'5 and I weight 187.8 and my GW is 147 pounds by mid August. Any suggestions on workouts, diets, anything?

Assuming you have roughly 9 weeks, that's an average of 4.5 pounds a week. You may lose high numbers in the beginning, but when you get closer to your goal, the weight loss slows down. It's not really safe or sustainable to lose weight so quickly - usually because you need a crazy diet and hours of exercise. Focus on changing your lifestyle - you will lose weight slower, but you won't gain it back.0
