Hi guys,
I'm going to a Thai Restuarant tonight followed by the cinema. I'm just wondering how I can work out what I can work out what Thai Food is. Does anyone know?

Go to the restaurant's website if you can, then just search online to see what kind of calories you'd get with what dish. Of course it wont be accurate, but you can ballpark guesstimate from there.
A lot of Thai food has coconut milk which is high in fat and calories, also sugar, and fried (mmm pad thai). They're also big on (fried) rice and (fried) noodles.
Cinema, there should be popcorn sizes that you can sort of base your calorie estimation on.0
