Shish taouk Pita.. what's your take?

Hey guys, so my favourite post workout supper is a shish taouk pita from a restaurant near school (Not Amir or Basha). I looked at their pita bag ( I know- obsession 101), and it's only 120 calories per pita, which I think is pretty reasonable. But I'm not so sure if the chicken is all that lean. I tried researching it, but I can't really find an answer.

What do you think... to eat or not to eat after a workout? ( We are talking like 5 times a week, because on weekends I'll just eat at home).
