dont understand why

I weighted myself wendsday and thursday and my weight has gone Up.. Idk why I thought It would go down since I joined the gym and Im doing my cardio.. I dont understand. The Weird thing is my cloths are starting to be to big... but yet my weight has gone up

Your weight will fluctuate day to day anywhere between 3-5 lbs simply because of daily function, what you are the day before, water retention, etc. so if you were one weight on Wednesday and then up on Thursday that is not actual weight that you gained. That's why it's only recommended to weigh yourself once per week. Just my opinion.0

I try to weigh myself at the same time everyday... and I know I shouldent every day but with My Wii fit I have to to get points... My mom said when I weight myself ta not look0 -
If you have been very sedentary and are now working out, you may be gaining some muscle. But more likely it's just water weight.
But if you are getting smaller, don't worry about it. I really do understand how controlling the scale can be, but ultimately very few people ever know what you wiegh. But a lot of people see how you look. I'll take smaller and heavier over larger and lighter any day.0
