I havent been on MFP much lately and I havent been following any sort of real plan either and I have come to the conclusion that I dont eat too bad... I drink too much, and I really need to get active to be fit... so rather than kill myself trying to diet and what not, I am just going to start working out more. If I want a six pack at the end of the day, then I need go to run a mile or two first. Anyone else doing anything like this?

Are you still going to track your calories? If not, you'll probably end up eating more to compensate for the exercise.

Yeah, I plan to track my calories so I can tailor my workouts... So, if I want to indulge in 300 calories, I need to burn that 300. Make sense?
