Sex/Intercourse Not listed in exercise database

I did post this on my board as well, but isn't sex a calorie burning activity? Just wanted some thoughts on this and why it isn't found in the database.

I agree. i went to enter it in and was disappointed. i am going to wear my hrm durning tonight and see what i burn. lol because i am really curious. it should count.

It makes me wonder what you would categorize it as, if you wanted to put it in as an exercise???

I have just been putting in "jogging" for a certain period. Glad others share my thoughts. Seriously, sex does burn a lot of calories!

Haha, I accidentally had my HRM on during and burned over 200 calories! I wouldn't usually log it though, in the same way that people overestimate their calories sometimes, I just see it as a 'bonus'
