Wow! Great to hear so many success stories! When my doctor clears me (I had major surgery 8 weeks ago) I plan on starting it! Never ran I my life, but I'd love to start. I'm still 240lbs so wasn't sure I could do it, but others have so I think I'm going to have to try! X0

I'm pretty sure you'll surprise yourself when you move on! I was literally scared to move on to my first 20 minute run last year when I first did the program, and I wept like a crazy lady in the parking lot when I finished. Not because I was hurt, but because I FREAKIN' DID IT!! It's such a great program! Go at your own pace, that's what it's for. GOOD FOR YOU!!! :flowerforyou:0

I just started this program 2 weeks ago and I love it. I run every other day. I just completed W3D1 earlier today... I felt like W3D1 would be tough (jogging 3 minutes straight) but it wasn't. Just make sure not to jog too fast.
If you're able to complete all of the intervals required in the workout then I think you can move on. But if you move on and you're unable to complete the run, then there is no shame in repeating.
On off days I do a program called 100pushups and 200situps. You can find them here > http://hundredpushups.com/ http://www.twohundredsitups.com/0
