Is eatting to much fiber bad for you?

Not unless you're eating 50-60g a day. The amount that MFP recommends is actually lower than the recommended amount from most health associations. I try to average 25-40g a day.0

20-25 is recommended. My dr has me at 30-35. MFP had put me at 18 and that caused problems, so my dr upped it. So depending on your body and what it needs, anywhere from 20-40 is ok.0
