Mine has changed pretty dramatically, especially since starting running a couple months ago. It used to be 84 and now it's usually 64! Yay!

How about you?

My resting heart rate is ridiculous. It is usually between 51-55 and I am not in that great a shape. Even when I wasn't moving my butt at all it was in the 60's, but now that I walk hours each day it has dropped even further. I take one BP medicine (used to take 3 and am way down and maybe will be able to go off altogether after I lose a few more pounds) and it might contribute to the lower HR, but it has always been fairly low. I used to be a serious runner and it was normally around 51-55 then, and that was when I was much younger!

Ooh, this is fun. According to this website, my fitness level went from "below average" to "excellent". Probably not an accurate description but it makes me feel good LOL.
