Getting boyfriend on fitness bandwagon....

So I've been living the healthy lifestyle since December and I've lost 20 pounds. Now that the summer months are coming up, I'd like to get out of the house and do hikes, more kayaking, bike rides, runs, etc. But, I have a couch potato of a boyfriend who never wants to come with me to do ANYTHING. It's really starting to get under my skin- I don't really have any friends who are into the active lifestyle like I am (a couple with kayaks, but they all go when I'm at work early in the day), so it'd be nice if he would be there to support me and try to accompany me so I'm not doing this all myself.
He works in HVAC, so he's out and about doing manual work for 8+ hours a day, so I understand when he's tired, but he NEVER wants to get out and do anything outside of work.
I've started chipping away at him into eating slightly healthier (minus the 2-3 weekly trips to McDonald's on his lunch break)- he's actually eating what I cook for dinner now (he actually liked the tofu zucchini lasagna I made last week- surprise of my life!)
Is there anything that could get his butt in gear? I've asked him a thousand times to at least WALK with me in the park (its a 1/2 miles from our house)- I don't expect him to come on my 4 mile runs. Just SOMETHING to get him moving.
It's starting to seem boarder-line selfish that he doesn't even at least TRY. We've gotten in fights, he always ends with "I don't sit at a desk all day- I do real work, I'm tired when I get home." (all the while, I get up at 4:30 everyday for a 2 hour workout, then go to work for 9 hours, then do another 1 hour workout when I get home). He doesn't understand that if he would stop eating like crap and get active that he'd have more energy. I've tried everything I can think of.
Any ideas???
