looking for recipes that follow the 40-30-30 breakdown.

Hi, I'm pretty new to the site and am LOVING it! So far I've only used it for tracking my food, but that has been so helpful in itself. I started a detox/cleanse a week ago, and it included a diet plan, following a 40 - 30 - 30 breakdown of protein carbs and fat. I have found that following that diet, even though for the first week I was restricted to about 1000 calories, I didn't get hungry! Pretty amazing for me, cuz I'm a 230 pound woman. Anyway, I can't afford to keep going to that place indefinitely so I wanted to find some healthy 40 30 30 recipes that I can make and follow on my own. does anyone know how I'd find them, or how to figure out which recipes are like that if they're not posted as such? I'd love any input. Thanks!
