Recommended Multivitamin?

Hi all,
Been considering taking a multivitamin since eating less in general and concerned getting all the vitamins and nutrients my body needs. Does anyone recommend any brand/type over any other? I have done some basic research and most online sites suggest Centrum Silver, but not sure if that's just a good marketing job.
Suggestions?
Thanks,
James

Personally, I don't think there is a much of a difference between name brand and generic multivitamins. I go for the walgreens one-a-day brand.0

Check the ingredients. A lot of the store-brand, centrum, one-a-days have a lot of crap filler in them that have no place in vitamins. I highly recommend going to a health food store and getting something that's more natural.0
