    Some of my favs...

Wheat wrap w/ Hummus, shredded lettuce, tomatoes and red onions

Wheat wrap w/ soy or "real" chicken, shredded lettuce, tomatoes and light mayo

Lower-Carb wrap w/ turkey pepporoni and light mozzerella cheese (toasted in a pan) - this is for when I want a pepporoni pizza fix.
  • My favourite is:

    1 whole wheat/flax wrap
    5 oz chicken breast
    diced red onion
    1 tbsp diced mango
    1 - 2 tbsp avacado
    fresh ground pepper
fat free mayo (just a brushing)
    baby spinach

    YUM

TIP - I cook 6-8 chicken breasts at a time, with nothing on them. I then use an electric knife to slice them and then I measure them into 5oz servings and freeze in freezer baggies. This way I am always ready to make a healthy wrap. I just take a baggie out of the freezer before bed and am ready to make a great wrap the next day! This is a much healthier option and lower in sodium than lunch meat.
