Trying again

I keep quitting and starting, the first time I lost 21 pounds but I have put it all back again. I bought a wii about 5 week ago and have been using it 4-5 days a week but not seeing any progress in my weight. My legs are more toned and I am getting addicted to the yoga. It's a great way to start the day, I even get up early before work just to do my yoga. Hopefully by tracking my food I'll see where I am going wrong. I know that my hormones are all over they scale right now because my body is starting it's "shut down". Your advice would be welcome.

It is definitely a journey...but sooo worth it. dont know your circumstances, weight, etc. but hang in there...charting your food is the key...and WATER!! I lost most of my pounds (shown on my ticker) while I was drinking water---gotta get back on it. Let me know if I can help but I promise, once you reach a goal (your first one) you will be pumped to keep on going....it is exciting to see the ticker move. GOOD LUCK!0

You could try some different Wii games. Don't get me wrong, I love Wii Fit, but the cardio it offers isn't enough for me. The balance board is to short for step aerobic. Yeah, I could use the one where you run in place, but I would rather go outside to walk or run than to do it in my living room. I bought the new Gold's Gym Cardio. I thought I got a much better work out that way. However, I really wish I'd waited and tried Active before I bought anything.0
