I finally hit the 130's!! Been 5 years since I have been this small. Been a struggle, but feel like I have accomplished a lot since starting my journey late January 2012. Not just hitting my first goal, but gaining more energy, strength and over-all healthier lifestyle. Ready to hit my final goal. 125lbs is in my sights now.

I think that actually is a scale victory! That is awesome! Great job and keep it up, your goal is so close!

That's great to hear! I remember when I saw the 130's, it was a great feeling. When I started my weightloss journey I was 166 lbs. I'm 5'2" and 47 years old. I'm down to 137 and my goal is 125 also! Keep up the good work!
