Pain and bloating

I have recently had a lot of pain and bloating (swelling) in my abdomen. I have been eating very clean and am a vegetarian. I did recently start taking a Psyllium Fiber supplement, do you think those could be causing this feeling? Does anyone have any suggestions to relieve the bloating?
Thanks!
Thanks!

It could be. I take a fiber supplement. What kind do you take?
You are suppose to start off at the lowest dose and work your way up. At first it may cause bloating and gas but your body will get used to it.

When I really upped my fiber intake, OMG :noway: , I got sooo bloated I was miserable! Keep at it, drink your water, and your body will adjust.0

Lower the dose of fiber for a few days and see if that helps.
How long have you been a vegetarian and eating clean? If your recently made the switch it could be from the extra veggies, soy, and fruit.0
