I entered everything into the food tracker. That is a big step for me. I ate more than I should have but I wrote them down. Normally I would not enter the offending food into the tracker because then it would be real and I'd have to see it. In the end it turned out that I ate exactly what I would have if I had just been maintaining my weight so it wasn't as bad as I thought. So happy! I was starving during the day to the point I couldn't concentrate at work so when I got home it went down-hill. Today I ate more for breakfast and I plan to eat more for lunch and get back on track so I'm not starving when I get home.

Excellent way to think things through! I go over several times a week but I still log everything. Most of the time it ends up being either maintenance calories or a little less. Make you a suggestion? Next time you're at the store, look at the protein bars and find a few with high protein and high fiber and keep a couple in your purse or desk drawer. I do that for those starving times. It will help you make it to meals and will help with getting in your protein and fiber for the day. Kashi makes some really yummy ones and they have "hunger control" technology (whatever the heck that is) lol Keep on keeping on, you've got a good start and are making a good base!
