    Heh, I never thought of taking caffeine after a workout. I wonder if I can add some coffee crystals it to my chocolate milk for a cold mocha. :laugh:

    I always have 1 Tbs of PB on a whole wheat bagel and an 8 oz glass of chocolate milk after every work out.
