Before/After Running...

What are the best stretches/warm-ups to do? I will be starting week 6 of C25k and I really don't think I've been stretching enough before I start... because I don't stretch at all :noway:
So help me? lol. Tell me what I should be doing before and after I run, please.

I don't stretch before or after
I should after however0 -

I do an active warm up before running; no static stretching prior to running. So before a run I do walking lunges, butt kicks, high knees, etc. Static stretching is for after the run!0

Before the run dynamic stretching (videos on runnerworld.com & youtube), afterward I stretch my quads, hamstrings, calves & soleus followed by a few minutes on my foam roller (best $20 I ever spent)0
