Hello everyone!

I have been using this website over a week now, and thanks to the way you can easily keep track of your calories in a healthy manner, I have already lost 5 lbs! I am so exited about the fact I had to share. Weight training, intelligent nutrition, and will power go a long way in transforming your body!

Edit: Oh and most importantly Cardio, can't believe I left that one out :-)
