Exciting news

So last year I was working out and eating right and lost 32 pounds in 3 months. I had back problems whilst doing all this and to make a long story short I had to quit working out and proceeded to gain all the weight back I had lost.
Well I have finally been given the all clear to continue to start working out again and I am working on getting myself back on track to start living healthy again. I have taken a new position within the company that I currently work for and am moving to a different location. I just found out yesterday that they actually have a small gym at this new location with a changing room and shower. Cost is $75 for the year through my work to use this gym. Now I have something to do over lunch other than eat at my desk! I was so excited when I heard this!!!!!
On a side note...a mistake I made when doing this last year is I viewed what I was doing as a "DIET" and not a lifestyle change, hence putting all the weight back on. And I also felt like I was in a race to lose the weight as fast as possible. I am really working hard on changing that mentality. It is seriously easier said than done!

That is awesome news that you are getting back on track. So happy for you about the gym too. You are so right about seeing this as a lifestyle change rather than a "diet". As a person with an eating disorder, I HAVE0

As a person with an eating disorder, I HAVE to see it as a lifestyle change in order to truly make changes in my life. Good luck to you.
