30DS and.....?

Are you doing the 30DS AND something else? Currently I am on day 10 of level 1, and I also walk for about 30 minutes. I do both of these every day. I was looking to add in some other strength training, stretching......something a little less intense. I'm looking for something that will work on my strength and flexability. I had a pilates DVD sitting on my shelf so I tried that, but I'm wondering if there might be something better....Any suggestions on what else I can do?? At home DVD's or workouts are best since I am a SAHM

Yoga and pilates can be excellent for flexibility and strength, although not necessarily less intense (my yoga practice is my hardest workout). Check out the Exhale Core Fusion series for pilates, and Bryan Kest's power yoga for a really challenging yoga practice.0

On the p90x there is a yoga/pilates session and its an hour and a half and is really hard work. You wouldn't have to do the whole thing but half an hour here and there would be good for flexibility0

well, lemme just say, today was my first day at level 2.....OMG, way more punishing and a way better sweat than workout 1... but, off for a brisk 30 min walk... I like food and I need to earn some calories!0

I am doing the 30 DAY SHRED also. I also walk most days after because it just feels good to me. I walk for 25-40 minutes. I have just started adding in Jillian's No More Trouble Zones to the mix. I will be doing it 2-3 times a week and 30 DS 3-4 times a week. It is less cardio and more strength training. It is about 50 minutes long and works all parts of the body. I will take one day off a week where I only walk and no Jillian to give my muscles a little rest!0

This sounds like my usual daily workouts. I love both the DVDs and am seeing amazing results from NMTZ. My saddle bags are going away. I've done some beginning Pilates, too. Really like that.0 -
I like Jillian Michaels 6 week 6 pack and Shred it with Weights. I was getting bored with 30DS. I also run 30 minutes on days I don't do one of these.0

Along with the 30DS I bought the Boost Metabolism workout from her. Few days later, I bought The Biggest Loser: At Home Challenge. Then a few days ago, I bought Jillian Michaels Kickboxing Fastfix because it looks like fun. I also try to walk if I'm too sore.0
