Neighbor just gave us a ton of blackberries and I was wondering if anyone had any yummy healthy ideas for them ... I usually make cobbler but when I logged in the ingrediants the calories were so HIGH! Not sure how it would turn out with splenda instead of sugar?? THANKS!

In the morning I mix them with plain Greek yogurt (excellent source of fiber!). But my favorite way to eat them is on a sandwich thin with peanut butter (instead of jelly). It's just sweet enough, refreshing and healthy!0
