One of my favorites is "Somethin' Bout' a Truck" by Kip Moore. It is a country song but it has a good pace to run to.

Thousand Foot Krutch - Learn to Breathe
    Switch-foot
    Skillet - Monster
Collective Soul (Although not a "Christian Rock Band" some of the members are)

for lifting, whatever pumps you up works. For running, I find the pace is the biggest part, so I added every enjoyable upbeat song I had to my mp3 player, and went for a walk, then listened to each song, and added it to the playlist according to pace - I have the following playlists:
    -walking
    -fast walk
    -jogging
    -running
    -fast run
and I play one depending on what i am doing.
I'm a big country fan, so here's a bit off my 'running' playlist (which might be a little slow for some people)
    Alabama - Born country
Alabama - Song of the South
    Green Day - Basket Case
    Beatles - She Loves You
    Bob Dylan - The time, they are a-changin;
    Gretchen Wilson - California girls
Lorrie Morgan - Except for Mondays
    Great Big Sea - Helmethead
    Barenaked Ladies - If I had $1,000,000
    Ian Tyson - Navajo Rug
    Beach Boys - Surf City
    John Denver - Country Roads
    Joey Ramone - Wonderful world

Here's a couple from my 'fast run' (which might be a more typical pace for faster-paced people)
    Simon and Garfunkel - America
Don Henley - boys of Summer
Great big Sea - Consequence Free
    John Denver - Calypso
Brad Paisley - Mud on the Tires
    Paul Brandt - Risk
Ramones - Have you ever seeen the rain
Live - Run to the water
Sawyer Brown - the race is on
Shania Twain - dance with the one that brought you
Simon and Garfunkel - Mrs. Robinson
    Verve Pipe - Bittersweet Symphony
Zac Brown Band - Let it go, As she's walking away

Maybe give you something to start from.
