Here is a recipe I tried a few nights ago with some leftover oranges.
3/4 stick butter
3/4 sugar (I used 1/2 cup)
1/4 cup applesauce
2 eggs
1/4 orange zest

1/2 whole wheat flower
1/4 teaspoon baking powder
1/4 teaspoon baking soda
1/3 cup of freshly squeezed orange juice
1/2 cup milk (I used fat free)
1/2 teaspoon vanilla extract
I used soft butter
cook 350 degrees loaf pan 40 min

How many calories per serving?0 -
I used the standard pound cake for my calories per sev @ about 200. And next time I am going to blend the oranges to add more fiber. Instead of just using the juice0
