So I started jogging this week because I had hit a wall in my weight loss. I thought it would give a kick start again. So first NSV was in my attempt to start the C25K program I thought I would see where I stand in jogging and how far I could comfortably go. I ended up jogging for the whole 30 minutes totaling 2.25 miles then two days later added a little more speed! YAAA. I'm going to continue jogging and improving on my speed! So today I wanted to jog again and when I started to jog my work out pants kept falling down lol. I had to stop and do the elliptical instead! YAAA I need new work out clothes. Mine are starting to fall off
