okay..so i do workouts on exercise tv...i do the mile walk 1 or 2 times a day....and i just started jillian michaels 20 in 30...so...when it asks me to write down like...how much ive lifted weights or whatever its hard for me to figure out...anyone know what to do:ohwell: about this?

google "heart rate monitor" and you'll find lots of sources on line with information about the features or if you have agood fitness or sporting goods store near you, you can look there
I have a pedometer that tells me how many calories I burn walking and running. It may not be as accurate as a HRM but it is simple to use0 -
The strength training is all lumped into one category in the cardio section ... just add the minutes there. Although Jillian isn't strength training ... log that under Circuit Training.
A heart rate monitor would be even more accurate but until you get one, log it there.
Amazon, eBay, and Buy.com will have the best deals. Look for one with a chest strap that counts calories ... not all of them do that.0 -
