hi all... any input would be deeply appreciated... i'm doing the Jillian Michaels Ripped in 30, but i have 2 issues: 1 - my wrists are totally shot (broken & healed poorly when i was a kid, carpal tunnel now, etc.) - so i'm having issues doing the push-ups - has anyone else had success doing the push-ups against the wall?
then, to make matters worse, i fell down the basement stairs this past weekend - have a deep tissue bruise & possible fracture of the tailbone (waiting for dr to confirm) - any hints how to modify the ab workouts so that I'm not balanced on that (incredibly tender) part of my anatomy right now?
thanks in advance.:blushing:
