Suggestions Anyone???

Hello!! I'm looking for any ideas for me for high caloric foods but not necessarily in sugars & fats. At the end of my day, I always, without fail, have calories leftover BUT my sugars are far in the red & sometimes my fat is in the red too. I'm just trying to find ways to even it all out & increase my weekly weight loss. I work at an 8-5, sit at my desk all day type of job so it's easy to snack. I would LOVE to have snacks that help me out with my caloric intake but not my sugars or fats. That would be ideal. Any help would be appreciated!

    If you don't want more carbs and fats then your only remaining choice of macronutrient is protein... so lean meat, fish, eggs, beans, protein powders, protein bars...

    Thank you, I've wondered about the protein bars. I do like munching on lunch meats & things of that nature so I should probably be doing more of that then.
