Hi Everyone, I started this program about three weeks ago. I am trying to lose about 30lbs in total. I will be 50 in October. I am a stress and boredom eater, snacks are my comfort foods. I like this program because it makes me more aware of what I am eating. I have tried to start exercising before this program, but now I am motivated to get those extra calories. I have a friend that has loss weight so, she is helping me. I am still finding it hard to stop the nighttime snacking. Any suggestions?
