What is high oleic sunflower/canola oil?

Someone at work gave out these Skinny Cow candy bars for Mother's Day (for all females). I noticed one of the ingredients is high oleic (sunflower or canola) oil . Does anyone have any idea what it is and if there are any side effects?

Figured I would ask here instead of Google.

    Oleic acid a "good fat" - monounsaturated.
