Food Diary of menopausal women

Ever since I've gone through menopause about a year and a half ago, I'm struggling to lose the 20 lbs I've gained since then. I've rejoined weight watchers with no success. Can some of you ladies who are successful with losing since going through menopause respond back with open food diaries so I can take a look at a sample of what you are eating that works. Thanks.
