Weight Gain

Hi Guys and Dolls
I have been using MFP since last August. Thankfully I have managed to drop 28 lbs. for the past few months I have been slacking on keeping track of things and have probably not been keeping with my suggested calorie limit. for the past 2 weeks I have gone back to being almost perfect in staying under my 1300 calories a day. I have also been getting some exercise in.
Much to my horror in the past week I have gained 3 lbs. When I was "slacking" I was sticking at around 170, but now that I am actually trying to loose weight again I am gaining What is with that! Does anyone know?

It could be water weight from excess sodium, undigested food, etc. I know my weight can fluctuate by 8lbs sometimes. :noway:0
