Reebok studio HRM...need instructions

Hi MFP community...

I bought a barely used reebok 'studio' HRM with the wrist watch and chest strap. I know batteries are needed but anyone out there have this model that can give me the basic usage instructions? I googled it and there are places that want to sell me the manual but the unit only cost $5 so no way am I going to waste more $ on the instructions. I'll eventually figure it out but thought I would reach out to the masses since everyone on MFP is so helpful :flowerforyou: Thanks in advance for your help!

    Getting batteries and will be ready to program or use on Saturday, any one? I figured someone would have this model/type. I'll keep googling :)
