I used my hrm and he burn for 26 mins today was 170kcals and yesterday was 186kcals as it was early morning.
I thought it would be a piece of piss but the side lunge on level one really gets my shouders!

I promise you that it works! I lost over 20lbs doing 30DS. And now I have moved onto her other circuit training DVDs. I could barely finish level 1 of 30DS and now I am doing her longer DVDs of circuit training like Banish Fat, Boost Metabolism.
Seriously, just stick with it.0
