30 day shred Help

Ok so I just bought Jillian michales thirty day shred does anyone know how to log it into myfitnesspal. How do I log each day and what level that I'm at? Thank you for your help.

    Generally everyone logs it as 20 minutes of "circuit training" if they don't have a heart rate moniter.

    yes i put it in as circuit training,and i use my hrm which i usually burn about 200 cals including warm up and cool down :)

    I just bought it too :)
    Can't wait to try it out, but i have to wait to be sure my broken toe is completely healed, i can do some bits, but the jumping jack are not going to happen at the moment lol
