Hi Guys! TWO days left. How time flies! Make the most of the last 2 days to do something extraordinary for yourself! You are worth it!

Last night I did Dancing with the Stars Cardio Dance ~ Why , oh, why do I keep checking out these dance workouts? I am not a dancer and they make me feel dumb!, I drank my water, and I took my vitamins & meds. Oh, and I ate a bunch of chocolate. Going through a little depression here. :frown: Hope I can get past it soon!

    Hi Niccole. I've thought about trying the Dance Videos too. We used to line dance back in the day and it was great exercise. They say as long as you're moving....

    Today I did the BL 50 minute power sculpt & 8 miles on my bike at 22 mph. Love the calories burned at that mph!

    Know where you're coming from. I have the rhythm of Ronald Reagan - he was the only one I ever saw, other than myself, that had to look at his spouse to know when to clap during music. I also can't stand complicated cardio moves. No dance videos for me!

    Did my resistance training yesterday - quite proud of myself for that. Went to yoga and a walk as well.

    Still medicating myself with sweets though. Cat isn't getting better, so I feel I NEED something sweet - though I know it won't help. I'm trying to control my sadness with exercise instead of sweets - but I just can't exercise that much! This, too, will pass - I will control my emotional eating!

    In other news - have you noticed how many people are on MFP now?!? I thought Niccole hadn't posted yet - had to go searching for this post.

    Keep it up ladies! Like Niccole said, only two more days. We can do this together. :flowerforyou:

    I just got out of the pool; did about an hour of constant laps, kickboard & pool buoy. When I started in there two weeks ago, I was lucky to make two laps (down & back) without dying. :tongue: Now I'm able to keep going and stop only to switch apparatus!

    I'm pledging now to make my next goal water & vitamins as you all are doing. I NEED to be held accountable on these two. I'm pretty good about my fluids, but not always.

    And I too understand the dancing issue. Explain how I have two sisters who have danced professionally and I don't have a lick of rhythm! :laugh:

    :sad: :sad: I love the dancing cardios but tried to do one today and it hurt so I guess they are out for a little while. Don't need the PT person to tell me. So I just walked for an hour instead. It was sooo cold here though, -2 when I woke up this morning. Mary so sorry about your kitty. Your in my thoughts. Thank you for offering to put a yoga together for me but this one I'm doing is really gentle it's more about gentle stretching and breathing than anything else. It's almost like meditation it's so peaceful. And I don't push it. I'm happy my body still loves me enough to move.
