How to account for Calories in a Marinade

Hey guys! I apologize if this has been asked already but I've been into making my own marinades for meat. How do you account for the calories in a marinade? Are these calories negligible? I guess I've not been sure how to record these calories. My favorite marinade recently contains splenda brown sugar, light/low sodium soy sauce, sriracha sauce, minced garlic, and 100% apple juice.
Any help would be greatly appreciated! Also, if you have favorite healthy marinades please feel free to share!

create a recipe and measure what is left in the bowl when you take food out. minus what is left and divide what was used by the number of servings you are making.0
