Immersion Blender Recipes -- low sugar preferred!

I just bought a gorgeous immersion blender and I can't wait to try it out!!!! I'm currently doing a month of no sugar -- starting with two weeks of no fruit or high GI index veggies and no artificial sweeteners either. I'm trying to "reset" my taste buds and kick a serious addiction to sweet things! So I currently cannot eat any "sugar free" sweet stuff and I'm avoiding Stevia as well.

And so I know my blender options will be limited at first. After two weeks, I'm going to slowly add in a piece of fruit here and there, so hopefully smoothies will be fair game!!

Here's what I've got so far...I'd love any ideas!!!

Dessert – Lemon Peel Ricotta Crème (South Beach Diet Menu)

½ cup part-skim ricotta cheese
¼ teaspoon grated lemon peel
¼ teaspoon vanilla extract
1 package sugar substitute (i'm going to eliminate this and add in cinnamon)

Cauliflower pizza crust / Mashed cauliflower (this is a popular recipe on here)

Mashed avocado to use as a spread

Chocolate PB Smoothie:
Whey Protein
Coconut Oil
Greek Yogurt (Plain)
Peanut Butter

Coconut Smoothie (for when I can eat fruit)
1 cup light coconut milk (in the can)
1 large ripe banana
1 cups raw spinach
2 tbsp. dried coconut flakes, unsweetened
1 tsp. vanilla extract

I'm sure there are tons of good soup recipes out there!

Any other ideas to break in my immersion blender????
