SF area bike trails?

I just got a bike, haven't ridden one in about 8 years, so I'm a little rusty and not at all confident. Biking on roads with cars makes me super nervous right now - I know I'll build up my confidence over time, but do any Bay area MFPers know good trails that are bike friendly? Preferably where joggers won't glare at me for sharing their path? :)
